I’m Linda – a compassionate yoga teacher, mover, and breath-worker. I offer evidence-based, soul-nourishing classes, workshops and retreats designed to help you reconnect with your body and breathe with ease. Whether you’re flying in an aerial swing or gently stretching on the mat, you’ll find a welcoming space here.
With light-hearted professionalism and a deep commitment to mindful movement, I create environments where students feel safe, seen, and inspired. My teaching blends functional movement and intentional breathwork to build confidence, reduce stress, and support holistic strength – helping you feel joyfully at home in your body and spirit.

Do yourself a favor and try Linda’s aerial yoga classes. Hanging like a fruit bat is incredibly liberating. The workout is adaptable to any level of fitness. You get to stretch and strengthen muscles you never even knew you had. Linda is a great teacher - instructive and patient. I always leave with a clear mind and a spring in my step.
After the fabulous introduction session, the class was even more amazing and convincing. The positions held in suspension give such an open stretch and a different balance. Shavasana in a sling is most relaxing, experiencing lightness. I felt highly supported by Linda in her well-equipped studio.
